Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 3 days from receipt to obtain a RMA# and we will refund  the purchase price (A 15 %restocking fee will apply) . Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be in new condition and sellable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Restocking Fees:

1 to 7 Day return: 20%

7 to 14 Day return: 30%

 RETURNABLE  FOR A REFUND,EXCHANG AND UP GRADE

 RECEIPT.IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIABILITY TO

COMPUTER AND OR
NETWORK THEY INTEND TO INSTALL THE EQUIPMENT INTO.

 

 

Shipment and Transportation:
All orders shall be shipped F 0 B point of shipment with the freight paid for by the
Customer (Shipment via United Parcel Service) unless the customer requests
a different carrier. The Seller will have the exclusive right to determine the
final shipping manner if the Seller deems the Customer's instructions unsuitable.

Shipping Damage and Claims:
All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment and upon receipt it should be
inspected immediately.  If damages are found, retain all original shipping containers and notify the carrier for a damage inspection. It is the Customer's obligation to file claims against the carrier.  All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment
.




Warranty: EFFECTIVE 11-01-02
All products are sold with manufacturer's warranty.
All other products with a 1 (one) year warranty are all camera parts
and labor are covered by warranty. All other parts are covered for 1 Year from date you receive the unit.
We expressively limit our liability to any warranty extended by the  manufacturers. No warranty will apply if products are altered or modified in any way.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that Know Your Nanny shall have no liability whatsoever for the
accuracy or suitability of use of Equipment. Customer shall also be solely and entirely responsible for
all setup and use of the Equipment. Customer represents and warrants to Know Your Nanny that he or she
will comply with all federal, state and local statutes, laws, regulations and ordinances governing the use
of the Equipment in the manner or for the purposes  which Customer intends. Know Your Nanny
recommends obtaining consent to monitoring from the child-care provider or other person who will
be taped. Customer agrees to be solely liable for obtaining such consent and for any claims made by any
subject who did not provide prior consent to such monitoring. The Equipment shall be used by Customer
solely for Customer's end use in his/her own home to monitor his/her own children and
the quality of their care. Customer is responsible for set-up and use of the Equipment, and all videotaping
is the sole responsibility of Customer. CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES TO DEFEND,
INDEMNIFY AND HOLD KNOW YOUR NANNY HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY
AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES OF WHATEVER KIND OR
NATURE A RISING FROM USE OF THE EQUIPMENT, including, without limitation, the failure to
obtain any person's consent to monitoring. Know Your Nanny will NOT in any way be liable
for any actions to, or harm to, child or children, that are NOT recorded due to any equipment
failure or malfunction.
1.            DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS

These claims must include the product type and date, reason for the return and
any pertinent serial numbers. The Customer is responsible for all transportation
charges andmust see that the Product is packaged correctly.  As much as we
want to help you, and will do so, no Systems Specialist can replace you or
assume your responsibilities to your customers. All information and assistance
is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and Know Your Nanny and its
affiliates make no representations or warranties to you or your customers or
any other person or entity, and expressly disclaim warranties of any kind
either express or implied or inferable from the course of dealing or custom
trade, including but not limited to the completeness, merchantability or
fitness for any particular purpose with respect to any such information or assistance or performance of any system or design. IN NO EVENT WILL
Know Your Nanny OR ANY OF IT’S Affiliates BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
SPECIAL,PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UPON ANY BASIS
OF LIABILITY WHATSOEVER EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OFSUCH
DAMAGES. In addition, Know Your Nanny does not take any responsibility or
assume any liability for the wiring installation or placement of the equipment
you purchasenor for the activities of any other entity such as your company
or those who prepare the specifications or any local Authorities who inspect or
approve your installation
.
